An applicant cannot cancel a purchase or return any tickets for any reason after FIFA Ticketing has successfully processed payment for the ticket(s), including for any reasons beyond the control of the ticket applicant. If you or any of your guest(s) cannot attend a match, you may put some or all your tickets up for resale on the FIFA Official Resale Platform.
The second resale period is open from 4 October 2022 till the end of the tournament on 18 December 2022. Original ticket purchasers are able to resale ticket(s) through their FIFA Ticketing account accessible at FIFA.com/tickets, subject to the applicable conditions stated in the General Public Ticket Resale Policy available at FIFA.com/tickets.

FIFA Ticketing is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by an original ticket purchaser resulting from their ticket not being successfully resold on the resale platform.
